Throughout the years of the 80's metal era, Blackie and the group he lead W.A.S.P. was perfect for releasing their raw energy. Causing Mother's and Tipper Gore to patton Blackie and W.A.S.P. for their explicit lyrics. They have had great musicians to work. Guitarist such as Chris Holmes, Randy Piper, and Bob Kulick... Bass players Blackie Lawless himself, Mike Dupke, and Johnny Rod. To this day W.A.S.P. released their new album "Babylon". Even after 25 years from their first raw release, "W.A.S.P." Blackie over coming trials due to Grunge, line up changes, personal issues is still making great music, unlike all his peers. His song writing had improved a lot me.
