Shoota, born Cedric Malcolm Reid, on April 20th, 1990, in El Paso, TX. After his mother gave birth to him, she was forced to give him up for adoption. But, at the last minute, his father came and claimed him. Shoota has had a rough childhood, dealing with severe abuse and isolation from the outside world. The abuse started and eventually got worst every year. As Shoota fought to keep his sanity, November '04 drew closer and closer. A day where Shoota's life changed and he was taken into CPS custody. As Shoota lived in foster care, challenges in the streets, jail system, and foster care have sought to break him. But instead his experiences shaped him into the man he is today. A self-determined, resilient, ambitious MC who may have had experience Shooting more than just guns. Such as, Shooting for the stars. Today Shoota goes to college, working, and striving to one day become the next icon in Hip-Hop.
