Description:Some are aware of what Mono Phobia is but others are wondering and unaware of what it is. Well to begin with this is what it is not. It's not a contagious disease however it can lead to a broken heart emotionally. It's not hereditary, you can't get a cure for it at the doctor's office and there's no subscription medication that will fix it and make it go away by waving a magic wand over it and having it never to appear again. Basically what Mono Phobia is is the fear of not having someone special in your life to grow old with followed by the anxiety attacks of possible consequences of having to deal with or combat those emotional thoughts associated with not having anyone special in your life. I'm no expert, I'm just like you, a novice in some cases. But if you are like me, I want to know more about it so I can learn how to maintain it, how to feed it, how to keep it under control, how to deal with it.
