In S1C effort to reduce the number of newly diagnosed HIV & STD cases reported each year in the African American MSM population (ages 24 and up), S1C has developed a strategic program in the area of outreach prevention. (R.E.A.C.H.) - Helping Adults with Prevention and Empowerment. Our objective is to reach out to our adult population where they are. Taking our prevention program where they congregate and socialize. We also have an in house empowerment group.
