The first time I read "Black Indian" I was a kid. I took it home from school and showed my dad. Though the book wasn't very long, it brought up memorys of my family. My father was always proud of our Native American ancestry, but these people were dead, and the one's left to carry on their history fading away. It' s sad and has left a hole in my heart for years. So I made this group to reconnect with my Native American family. Not to claim anything or pose. But to learn and finally have closer and a sense of belonging. If anyone feel this way too, please feel free to join. Also... though this is geared more towards African and Native American's , please do not let this prevent other nationalities from joining.
