This is group committed to teach people healthy living and value of exercise. This is a group and non-govermental organisation. I am the co-ordinator of the group. My aim of setting this group is that i want people to make health their valued asset. I am going round the school, the nursery, primary and secondary teaching the benefits of good health and physical exercise. I extended the teaching to the communities. Let's make our health our valued asset because we are what we eat and how we keep ourselves. Thanks
