Because fantasies are considered taboo, some people are not familiar with the term "polyamory", or at least, don't discuss it very often. Many sources state that polyamory is the practice, desire, or acceptance of having more than one intimate relationship at a time with the knowledge and consent of everyone involved. (not to be confused with polygamy) This group is intended for anyone who either is into a polyamorous lifestyle, is interested in learning more about it, or just anyone who would like to discuss it. Although polyamory is not considered the "standard" in our society, we do not condemn dishonesty, cheating or hurting others emotionally. Final note: as the definition states, polyamory involves multiple partners with the consent and knowledge of all parties involved. Therefore, honesty is an important characteristic of this lifestyle.
