I started this group to sound off, letting you know that you do not have to pay that high rent. You have options and can buy a home for less than renting. To let you know their are programs and individuals out there to help you. Why are you renting? Just think about it, the person that is renting to you has to pay for their mortgage. So, in reality you are buying them a house. As if that isn't enough, they raise the prices because they can. So, you buy a house for them and pay them for the pleasure. The house pictured here is just an example. This couple left their rented home (where they were making the repairs) to move into this NEW 4 bedroom 2 bath house, just a few miles away. Their net cost is less per month and no repairs are needed.
