Rotate Pics On Tagged

Viewing pics incorrectly can be a pain. When uploading a pic from a cell phone; the pics sometimes are side-ways, upside down- unable to be view unless you rotate the device that you are viewing the pic on. What if your were viewing from a laptop? You would have to rotate the laptop to view the pic correctly. There should be an edit pic function to rotate the pics.
